About William

William de Fevre was Robin Hood in the year 1261. He lived in Yorkshire, England and was named an outlaw by the sheriff of Nottingham. He then escaped to Sherwood Forest. There he joined a band of outlaws. The band of outlaws was called the "merry men." In Sherwood Forest is where he then gained his fame by stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. From then on most outlaws got the name Robin Hood.
